Marketplace Integrations

Connect SmartWMS with major e-commerce marketplaces for automated order management.

Amazon Integration

Setup:
  • Go to Configuration → Integrations
  • Click + NewAmazon
  • Select marketplace region
  • Click Connect with Amazon
  • Authorize SmartWMS in Seller Central
  • Configure sync settings

Ozon Integration

Setup:
  • Get API key from Ozon Seller
  • Add integration in SmartWMS
  • Enter Client ID and API Key
  • Configure warehouse mapping

Wildberries Integration

Setup:
  • Get API token from WB Partners
  • Add integration in SmartWMS
  • Enter API token
  • Map warehouses

Inventory Sync

Configure stock sync rules:

Sync Options:
  • Available quantity
  • Reserved quantity
  • Safety stock buffer
  • Multi-warehouse allocation
Sync Frequency:
  • Real-time (on change)
  • Every 15 minutes
  • Hourly
  • Manual

Order Processing

Marketplace orders flow:

Order on Marketplace → Import to SmartWMS →
Pick & Pack → Ship → Update Tracking → Marketplace Notified

Multi-Channel Inventory

Manage inventory across channels:

  • Set total available inventory
  • Allocate percentage to each channel
  • System maintains buffer stock
  • Prevents overselling

Troubleshooting

Orders not importing:
  • Check API credentials
  • Verify order status filters
  • Review integration logs
Inventory not updating:
  • Confirm sync is enabled
  • Check mapping configuration
  • Verify product SKU match
