Product Catalog
The product catalog is your master list of all SKUs. Each product contains essential information for inventory tracking and order fulfillment.
Viewing Products
Navigate to Inventory → Catalog to see all products:
- Search by SKU, name, or barcode
- Filter by category, status, stock level
- Sort by any column
- Export to Excel
Creating a Product
- Click + New Product
- Fill in required fields:
Basic Information:

Product Variants
For products with variations (size, color):
- Create base product
- Click Add Variant
- Define variant attributes:
- Size: S, M, L, XL
- Color: Red, Blue, Green
- Each variant gets unique SKU
Bulk Operations
Bulk Edit:
- Select multiple products
- Click Bulk Edit
- Update common fields
- Apply changes
Bulk Import/Export:
- Export: Download product list as Excel
- Import: Upload changes via Excel
Product Images
Add product images for visual identification:
- Open product
- Click Images tab
- Upload image (JPG, PNG)
- Set primary image
Images appear in:
- Product catalog
- Pick tasks (helps pickers identify items)
- Mobile app
Product Status
| Active | Available for orders |

| Inactive | Hidden, not orderable |

| Discontinued | No longer sold |

| On Hold | Temporarily unavailable |

Stock Tracking
View real-time stock for each product:
- Open product
- Click Stock tab
- See quantities by location:
- On Hand
- Reserved
- Available
- Incoming (on PO)
Product Activity
Track all product movements:
- Open product
- Click Activity tab
- View history:
- Receipts
- Shipments
- Adjustments
- Transfers
